My journey into career coaching began with a simple passion: helping others succeed. For years, I found myself providing career advice to family and friends, and I was thrilled to see their successes unfold. Witnessing how effective my guidance was, I realized that what I loved most—supporting and empowering others in their career journeys—could be transformed into a professional endeavor. Yvonne Ehinlaiye-Oni is a seasoned career coach with a passion for empowering individuals to reach their full potential. With over a decade of experience in the job market, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to Career Pathways Canada (CPC). Her career spans various environments, including both unionized and non-unionized settings, as well as private and public sectors. Yvonne has experienced both sides of the hiring process—as a job seeker and a hiring manager—providing her with a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to succeed.
